Reality check, 13 days!
As you can imagine, the closer I get to D-Day, the more I see how much needs to get done before I can go. I keep checking thins off my list, yet I keep adding new things I didn’t think of until now. My house thing is still not settled which keeps me awake at night, I found out today that Medical insurance is going to cost me close to 1200$ for the first year of the trip, and corporate sponsors are really not in a big hurry to help me. Needless to say, I am getting a lot of practice in calming myself down, working on my peace of mind, on my Zenitude… I came across this picture today, and it kind of eased my pain. I should be happy, a lot of great things are happening, my website has had over 1,000 visitors in it’s first week out, and I have 4 interviews booked with media before I leave, with 3 others pending, which is really exciting! Also donations have started to come in, which is a huge stress relief for me. So Gratitude, thank you God, thank you all for supporting me, your encouraging words really make a difference! Love! Steven
